The Book of Revelation = Love Wins.

We have covered, at a 30,000 foot level, the different approaches to the book of Revelation.  Premills generally see Revelation as a book about the future while Amills see it as a book about the past that, nonetheless, has spiritual significance for all believers in every age.  Which one is right?

Near the beginning of my ministry in the late ’90’s I heard someone use the phrase “Love Wins” to speak about the Christian faith.  “Love Wins” became a shorthand way to speak about God’s promise that one day He would set things right.

Pastor Rob Bell picked up on the idea and had thousands of “Love Wins” stickers printed.

Later The Robbie Seay Band cut the following song:

However, you approach Revelation, the big idea of the book is the same…In the end, Love Wins.
